It's a great way to learn! (complements the Burn The Fat ebook very well too and will help bring greater understanding to that material) Question #4 The website talks about goal setting and mindset. Are these things really vital to lose fat? Answer #4 Absolutely - as you well know if you've read chapter one The reason the majority of people fail at Emotional eating, self sabotage, lapses in "willpower" Until you learn how to reprogram your own mind for Question #5 I'm pretty knowledgeable. Ive been training and studying nutrition for years, will I really learn anything new? Is there anything "cutting edge" Answer #5 If you're a sophisticated dieter, an advanced competitive bodybuilder or fitness model with years of experience or if you're already as lean or muscular as you want to be and you're simply looking for cutting edge tips that might add an extra percent or two to your results, then you probably dont need these MP3 audios. In the near future I do plan on developing a series of highly advanced training and contest dieting programs for the cutting edge and sophisticated dieter - if you're highly advanced, you may want to wait for those instead.
